Rental price “Villa Wolstar”
All prices quoted are for weekly rentals excluding 11% of Florida tax.
Maximum occupancy up to 8 people.
The minimum rental period is one week.
From the second week, a daily rental is possible.
Daily rental = weekly rental divided by 7
Basic prices for a week
Up to 4 people 1.300,00 USD ( ca. 1.140,00 € ) / week
Each further person 120,00 USD ( ca. 105,00 € ) / week
2 children under 12 years are free of charge
Seasonal price increase: 15%
Christmas 2018: 19.12.2018 - 06.01.2019
Christmas 2019: 19.12.2019 - 06.01.2020
Eastern 2019: 13.04.2019 - 28.04.2019
Eastern 2020: 03.04.2020 - 19.04.2020
Security deposit
The security deposit is 700,00 USD ( ca. 614,00 € )
The deposit is increased by 120,00 USD ( ca. 105,00 € ) a week for rental periods over 28 days.
Additional costs
Final Cleaning : 220,00 USD ( ca. 193,00 € )
Electricity consumption: 14 US cent per kW/h (based on consumption). The latter will be read directly from the electricity meter by the property manager and deducted from the deposit.
Telephone: local calls are free of charge, long-distance calls must be paid for
WLAN: free of charge
All the above mentioned prices include local taxes and, unless otherwise stated, are quoted in Euro. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Price increases concern new bookings only and do not apply to binding rental reservations made before.
